According to ancient Hindu scriptures, there are Seven Heavens and the soul has to pass through them to reach to God... so the path to God is a joyful journey :)
First heaven is Earth.. (Bhulok).. we are already here so no need to do any penance for the first heaven...
Once we die , we reach to second heaven (Bhuvalok).. Again the transition is effortless as everybody dies anyway ...
Now comes the real catch... Once you are dead , if you are filled with unfulfilled desires, you fall back to Earth and gain another body. The trick to move higher is to die with Contentment.. But we never know when will we die so how to be content while dying ?
The answer is to live life with Contentment !!!
So if we manage this trick we move to third heaven ( Swahalok or Swarg) and here you will experience all pleasant nice things... And that is what we really crave, so you will enjoy them as long as you have merit and then again fall back to Earth after some time...
The second trick in Swarga is to focus on God and not to get attached to momentary pleasures...
One in million can do this. But if someone manages this, they move on to fourth (Mahalok), fifth (Janalok), sixth (Tapaloka)and then Seventh (Satyaloka).
It is said that in Satyaloka, you get knowledge of the absolute truth and then by grace of God or Guru you cross this seventh heaven and reach to God/Brahman/Conscienceness and attain Nirvana/Enlightenment.
So if have Contentment, Dispassion and Grace.. You can reach to God.
Surprisingly, these heavens are not different places, they exist here and now in 7 different dimensions.
The most rare phenomenon is when a living human being transcendence through all the seven dimensions and reach to God while still in Human form and body !
Such rare and auspicious being is called Satguru... The enlightened master !!
Now you know the difference betweek fake babajis and a real Guru.
