Meditation

Meditation Steps : 
  1. Set alarm for 30 min
  2. Sit with eyes closed
  3. Observe your breath for 2-3 min 
  4. Observe your body for 2-3 min 
  5. Repeat step 3 & 4 till alarm rings 
  6. Then slowly open your eyes
Benefits :
