Meditation :D

Meditation is relaxation and I am sure everyone likes to relax... Sleeping too much leads to lethargy however 20 min of meditation relaxes your mind, energizes your body and bring enthusiasm to live and to love...

So to all those who haven't tried it,  I would say...

"Kambakht tune to peehi nahi " :)
